We have a warehouse at 960 N Pine, Texas City Texas 77591, where we keep many products in stock. However, to offer you an even wider selection, some items are sent directly from the manufacturer to you.

This means you get more choices without any hassle. Whether from our warehouse or straight from the manufacturer, every product meets our high standards.

Shipping Times

Solar Sovereign processes orders on a first-come, first-served basis.

After payment is processed and your order is packaged, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment.

Freight Shipping

Processing and Estimated Delivery Times:

All Freight delivery dates are estimates, with no guarantees on delivery dates. Estimated transit times vary based on location and size of order. Standard transit is between 3 and 15 business days. Please note, Solar Sovereign is not responsible for delays due to carrier exceptions.

For in-stock products, standard processing times are 1 - 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are based on carrier availability and national shipping lanes, these can vary anywhere between 3 - 15 business days.

If at any point you would like an update on your estimated delivery date, feel free to reach out to the carrier assigned to your order. Just reference your tracking number and they can provide real time updates on the spot! Alternatively you may send an email to the support team at support@solarsovereign.com

What to Expect at Delivery:

When checking out and selecting freight delivery for your order please note this is Curbside Delivery. This means that the freight carrier will deliver the pallet to your curbside, which is generally the end of your driveway. A driver will unload the pallet on a lift gate and set the pallet typically on your driveway. The freight carrier is not responsible for delivering the pallet up your driveway or onto your property in anyway. Often times this means you are responsible to remove the goods from where they were placed by the carrier. Please plan ahead!

Best practice for Receiving Freight Delivery:

Take an image of your order in the truck with the Driver upon Arrival
Take images of all 4 sides of your pallet
HOT TIP: Try to get the driver in any show where you see potential damages
Images of any tears, holes, rips in the packaging
Call the number on your delivery receipt to report any damages to the terminal (immediately upon discovery)

Parcel Shipping

Solar Sovereign offers parcel shipping options to qualifying products. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends.

Estimated shipping times on single item, in-stock orders are 2 - 4 business days depending on position in the order queue. Actual delivery dates vary based on carrier.

Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. Once shipped, shipments cannot be rerouted. Please ensure all shipping information such as name, address, and phone number are correct prior to payment of your order!

International Shipping:

Yes, Solar Sovereign can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam via USPS for small parcels and UPS for larger packages (under 150lbs). For more information please contact our team at: sales@solarsovereign.com

Order Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and order changes are permitted for open, unshipped orders. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team during Solar Sovereign's normal business hours at (469) 405-4423 or via email at support@solarsovereign.com. If your order has not been processed no fees will be applied to your cancellation.

However, please note that once your order has been assigned a tracking number from our shipping department, we cannot make any changes to that order.

Solar Sovereign provides exchange orders, store credit, and refunds to the original payment method. Store Credits are provided to the customer account and can be used immediately. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of confirmation. You will receive a notification of the refund once processed. Please note that while we initiate the refund immediately, it may take your financial institution 3 - 14 business days to process the deposit into your account.

In the event that an order has already shipped, we can attempt to intercept delivery to cancel it, but there are no guarantees. If the order is returned to us, the customer will be eligible for up to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fees.
